To be awarded the MSc. E-Commerce degree students are required to complete 40 credits. All courses are of 4 credit weighting except for the 8 credit project/internship. Your 40 credits will comprise:
Up to eight (8) credits from the two foundation courses (unless barred from one or more of these)*.
Sixteen (16) credits comprising four compulsory courses.
Eight (8) credits from the Project/Internship course.
And the remaining credits (to total 40) from the electives.
In addition, students with no background in Computer Science will be required to first take up to two not-for-credit pre-Foundation or other specified qualifying coures.
* Students who have passed the equivalent of COMP6125 Introduction to Electronic Commerce or COMP6115 Web Technology will be barred from these foundation courses and must replace these by electives
