The Caribbean Law Review publishes articles on any area of law relevant to the Caribbean region along with pertinent case commentaries and book reviews. The Journal will both assist interested persons in staying abreast with recent developments and provide extensive discussion on legal reform.

Information for Authors
The Caribbean Law Review will not consider articles, case commentaries or book reviews which have been submitted elsewhere. All submissions must be exclusively to the Caribbean Law Review.
It is the Author’s responsibility to ensure that all citations are correct and that submissions do not infringe copyright. Submissions must not be obscene or defamatory.
All submissions will be peer reviewed by at least two persons, of which at least one will be a specialist in the relevant field of law. Authors will be notified as soon as possible of the outcome of the peer review.
Articles are to be less than 10,000 words excluding footnotes.
Case Commentaries and Book Reviews are to be less than 2,500 words excluding footnotes.

Submissions must be made electronically, in Microsoft Word format, by way of email attachment.
