How to Apply for Admission
Applications period is from November 14, 2011 to January 30, 2012.
Persons interested in applying to a Graduate Programme should go to the Graduate Studies website: http://www.cavehill.uwi.edu/gradstudies/index.htm.

Applicants are required to submit to the Admissions Office, the documents listed below in support of your application.
Originals documents along with photocopies of each document must be presented to the office for verification of authenticity. Notarised copies of documents can also be presented in the absence of originals.
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
- Legal Affidavit or deed poll if the name is different from that on the Birth Certificate
- Academic certificates (GCE,CXC,CAPE, CSEC)
- Grade slips. (These are only accepted in cases where the certificate is not yet available)
- Professional Certificates/Diplomas
- Official Transcripts (these must be sent directly from the granting institution)
NB: Applicants to the Faculty of Medical Sciences must submit a co-curricular form and a short (300 word or less) autobiographic sketch outlining the reasons for their career choice.
Please note that your application cannot be fully processed without the required documents.
Applicants who do not possess a Grade 1 CXC or CSEC English, a Grade A in GCE 0' Level English, a Grade 1 in Cape Communication Studies or a Grade A or B in the GCE General Paper are required to take the English Proficiency Test.

Applicable persons who fail or miss the test and are admitted as students will be required to complete the University course FOUN 0100 Written English Fundamentals. The cost for this individual course is BD$500.00.
Applicants who wish assistance should visit the Admissions Office on the Cave Hill Campus where computer facilities will be made available for the completion of applications.
