University Centre
The University comprises three campuses:
- Cave Hill* in Barbados
- Mona* in Jamaica (with a unit for hotel and tourism
management situated in the Bahamas)
- St Augustine* in Trinidad and Tobago.
Many matters are now devolved to campuses, but responsibility for overall policy
direction and various other issues remains with the University Centre, under the
Vice-Chancellor. Most Centre Offices are located at Mona, the original campus of the
University, which was opened in 1948.
