UWI Transfer Students
The Application for Transfer form is now available online. Click here to download (.DOC). Please note that the form must be submitted in triplicate.

Registered UWI students are asked to note the following details and deadlines pertaining to transfers.

Inter-Faculty & Inter-Campus Transfers
If you wish to transfer to another Faculty on the same campus or to another Campus within UWI, you must complete the required transfer application forms [in triplicate] which are available online or from the Records Section, Student Affairs. The completed forms must be returned to the Faculty Office for forwarding to the Assistant Registrar, Student Affairs.

Students applying for transfer to

A) The Faculty of Law must complete transfer forms by JANUARY 31
B) Faculty of Medical Sciences must complete transfer forms by JANUARY 10
C) Other Faculties must complete transfer forms by MARCH 31

For Distance Students and Non Campus Territories
Students wishing to transfer from Off-Campus to On-Campus must complete the Off-Campus to On-Campus transfer form in triplicate. This form can be collected from your Resident Representative/College Registrar or online.

Completed forms must be returned to the Resident Representative/College Registrar by MARCH 15 for forwarding to the Senior Assistant Registrar, Student Affairs, Cave Hill Campus to reach this office NOT LATER THAN MARCH 31.
