FINANCIAL AID PROGRAMME (Undergraduate students)
The Cave Hill Campus Financial Aid Programme awards tuition fee waiver scholarships and grants to new as well as continuing undergraduate students who are nationals of the Caribbean Community and who demonstrate financial hardship.
Special consideration will be given to continuing students who have taken leave of absence for financial reasons, and new or continuing students pursuing the priority degree programmes listed here »
In addition to demonstration of financial hardship, to be eligible for consideration for a full tuition fee waiver scholarship
, continuing students must be full-time and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
To be eligible for consideration for a grant in the form of a maximum 50% tuition fee waiver
, continuing students must demonstrate financial hardship and have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Applications from eligible incoming students will be considered on the basis of their prior academic record.
Applicants are required to undergo a means test to assess financial eligibility. If you are short-listed to receive an award in this programme, you will be required to provide documentation to verify the information provided as a condition of award of the scholarship or grant.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their applications. Successful applicants should note that completion of voluntary service identified and organised by the Office of Student Services is a non-negotiable condition of every award.
