8^th December - Evening Reception.  This will take place at the The Errol Barrow Centre for Creative Imagination. 

10^th December – Conference Dinner and Cultural Show.  The Cultural Show titled ‘Roots and Rhythms will take place at the Plantation Theatre. Each delegate will receive a complimentary ticket to this event.

11^th December – Another opportunity to experience the culture of Barbados at the famous Oistin’s Fish Fry.

12^th December – Optional post conference tours. Details to come.

Free shuttle bus service will be provided between the hotels and the conference venue and the hotels and the venues for the social programmes
