Learn to Master Change from Canada’s Prestigious Queen’s University

One of Canada’s most prestigious universities will be bringing its signature four-day Change Management programme to Barbados.

Queens University IRC is partnering with the Cave Hill School of Business – UWI, one of the leading institutions in executive education and development in Barbados and the OECS as well as the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) to offer this unique programme.

Change Management, slated for March 29 to April 1, 2010 at the Hilton Barbados, is an intense and interactive programme. Grounded in research of over 400 successful and unsuccessful change projects, the programme explores key success factors of change implementation. Further, participants will explore how to diagnose the need for change, select the right change team, successfully create and communicate vision as well as implement and modify change projects for continued success.

This programme is specifically geared to human resource and labour relations professionals, union members and change leaders in public and private sector organizations.
