Course Registration and Academic Counselling 2018-2019
Registration Steps
 
STEP 1: All StudentsPay registration and programme fees 
by deadline of August 26th, 2018
STEP 2: Undergraduate Students: Attend Dean’s Address – see the New Student Academic Counselling and Registration Schedule  to see the  date/time of your session.

Postgraduate Students in face-to-face programmes: Attend postgraduate orientation and academic counselling session starting at 5:30 pm, Tuesday August 28th, 2018.
STEP 3 Undergraduate Students: Attend mandatory academic counselling session.
(Information disseminated during Dean’s Address) and collect your ID card.  
Bring your receipt to the Roy Marshall Complex on the Main Campus showing payment of fees to collect the ID card.  
The collection schedule will be published as soon as it is available.
STEP 4: Postgraduate Students: Collect your ID card.  
Bring your receipt to the School for Graduate Studies and Research, Paradise Park showing payment of fees to collect the ID card.  
The collection schedule will be published as soon as it is available.
STEP 5: All Students: Select courses for Semester 1 using Cave Hill On-Line (CHOL) by Friday, August 31st 2018. Click here for instructions, view registration how-to videos  and get explanations of CHOL terminology.

Courses 
in CHOL are listed alphabetically by subject area code (e.g. ACCT - Accounting).  
STEP 6: All Students: Print your Semester 1 timetable from CHOL.
STEP 7: All Students: Complete final Add/Drop course adjustments and make any resulting additional payments resulting from these adjustments by Friday, September 14th, 2018.
 
Note
Your offer will be withdrawn if you are a newly admitted student and have not selected courses by September 14th, 2018. You should feel free to re-apply to the Campus when your circumstances permit.

Students with questions about financial matters should contact the Student Accounts section of the Bursary by email to studentaccounts@cavehill.uwi.edu before August 31st, 2018 to avoid Financial Holds.

If you need a payment plan these are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, but you should visit the Fees and Financial aid website and note the applicable deadlines.
