Campus IT Services (CITS) is located south of the Roy Marshall Teaching Complex and is responsible for all computer services on Campus.
These services are geared at enhancing your studies at the Cave Hill Campus. They include:
- The IT Service Desk
Contact the IT Service Desk to report: - service interruptions,
- Problems in the computer labs
- Challenges with the e-Learning system
- Problems with Computer & Email accounts
- Any general queries and feedback
- Computer Accounts to access computers and Cave Hill e-learning

- My CaveHill Email Address
Your “mycavehill” email address is where you will receive official email from administration and faculty. Get 10GB email storage and 24 hour access from anywhere.

- Computer Labs
There are 7 general purpose labs all with internet access. Operating hours vary by lab. There is a Post Grad lab for graduate students that has 24 hour access.

- Wireless Internet Access

University Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Policies
The University of the West Indies has introduced University-wide ICT Policies effective August 1, 2009.
The policies are accessible at http://www.cavehill.uwi.edu/campusitservices/policies.
Students should pay special attention to the Acceptable Use Policy and the Electronic Mail and Messaging Services Policy. Note that provision will shortly be made for electronic acceptance by each student.
