The Cave Hill Campus Registry Records Services successfully executed the pilot phase of the TRIM Implementation Project beginning in October 2009. HP TRIM is a scalable enterprise document and records management solution that simplifies the capture, management, security, and access to records and information.

Registry-Records Services has recently upgraded from the use of HP TRIM to HP Records Manager Version 8.3 from April 2016.
