Transfer Students

Registered UWI students are asked to note the following details and deadlines pertaining to transfers.

Inter-Faculty & Inter-Campus Transfers
If you wish to transfer to another Faculty on the same campus or to another campus, you must complete the required transfer application forms (In Triplicate). 

These forms are available online and once completed must be returned to the Faculty Office for forwarding to the Assistant Registrar, Admissions.  Download the Inter-Faculty & Inter-Campus Transfer Form (PDF)

Students applying for transfer to:

A) The Faculty of Law must complete and submit transfer forms by JANUARY 31
B) The Faculty of Medical Sciences must complete and submit transfer forms by JANUARY 31
C) Other Faculties must complete and submit transfer forms by MARCH 31
