The Shaw Centre for Paediatric Excellence (SCPE) is pleased to call for applications for The 2025 SCPE Paediatric Catalyst Grants. In keeping with SCPE’s overarching mandate, this funding opportunity is designed to support new, unique, and innovative research and/or social action initiatives focused on elevating the health and well-being of children in Barbados and throughout the Eastern Caribbean.

Up to five 2025 SCPE Paediatric Catalyst Grants will be awarded at a value of up to BBD 25,000 each. The SCPE Paediatric Catalyst Grant review committee will be made up of representatives of SCPE partner entities. The committee will be examining originality, quality, equity, feasibility and future opportunities when assessing applications. Funding will be awarded on or before September 2, 2025.
