Welcome to The IGDS: NBU, Cave Hill Campus which is devoted to teaching, learning, research, policy development, outreach and advocacy in Barbados and the region. It is a hub for the voices of women. At the NBU you will find warm and engaging staff and highly qualified academics and scholars who not only teach exciting undergraduate and postgraduate courses and engage in the supervision of our graduate students but are also engaged in several significant research projects that impact the Caribbean.
