Melanie Callender-Forde is the Coordinator of the UWI-Global Belt and Road Research Bulletin, the Editor of the UWI-Global Belt and Road Research Network and the Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Eastern Caribbean Studies. She is currently a Ph.D. Candidate enrolled in the SALISES Governance and Public Policy Programme
