Undergraduate Scholarships

The Colin Arthur Depradine Scholarship

The Scholarship valued at BDS$1,000.00 is open to residents of Barbados registered full-time and have completed Level I of an undergraduate programme in any discipline in the Faculty of Science & Technology with a minimum GPA of 2.5.  The successful applicant must be registered with the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) as having a recognized disability.

Applications should include the following
  • A Curriculum Vitae
  • An essay of approximately 500 words outlining the reason for the choice of degree, career aspirations, and why they deserve the scholarship.
  • The names of two references - One must be from an academic referee attesting to the student's character, intellectual abilities and potential financial needs.
  • A letter from the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) confirming the existence of the disability.

Complete the Scholarship Application Form .  Application Deadline is 31 August 2023.
