How to Get Involved in Volunteering
As a volunteer you are expected to:

Volunteer opportunities can last anywhere from a few hours over the course of a day or weekend for special events or an entire semester.
To get started:
- Step 1. Research available volunteer opportunities
- Step 2. Complete the online volunteer application form
- Step 3. Meet with the volunteer coordinator on these particular days: Monday - Wednesdays between 8:30a.m - 4p.m. During this meeting we will explore the best fit for you.
- Step 4. Download the service hours verification form after the volunteer coordinator has confirmed your opportunity. (The form must be taken to department / organization for your supervisor can verify your volunteer hours). Kindly note that contacting listed volunteer organizations or departments without permission from the volunteer coordinator is prohibited.
- Step 5. Once you have completed your volunteer service. Please ensure that your supervisor has completed both sections of the service hours verification form.
- Step 6. Return the form to the Office of Student Services.
